General Tendencies for All Sun Signs
After all the strife in April, and then May bringing so many opportunities, June could slump again. This month will not be nearly as difficult as April, but it could compare to last February. Mercury will be doing his retrograde again beginning June 7th, and Mars has turned direct and will review his conflicts with Pluto and Uranus once again. Mercury's last retrograde was in February, and any unresolved issues that happened then are likely to return with his second retrograde this year. June will not be a month for progress, but instead it will be a time to review our goals, values, and relationships.
June will begin on a Sunday, and there could be some internal struggles to deal with over the first three days of the month as the Sun and Pluto misunderstand one another. By all means, do not "beat yourself up" mentally, and don't dump guilt on others. Venus and Pluto should pull us out of our depression by midweek with creative energy and romance on the rise. And, we will be ready to put some of those ideas into action as the week ends.
The weekend of June 6th could begin with accidents and delays. Mercury will be turning retrograde on Saturday, June 7th, so expect mercurial type problems like misunderstandings, computer and/or internet problems, delays traveling, and possibly even problems with the neighbors on Friday and Saturday. (If you would like to know more about Mercurys retrograde be sure to check out my article, Mercury Retrograde in Cancer – Emotional Responsibilites – June 2014.)
Our lives could improve on Sunday, June 8th, with Venus and Pluto encouraging us to enjoy time with friends and loved ones. But, we will also be under the storm of Neptune's retrograde, so confusion, delusions, and addictions could also take center stage as our weekend ends.
Neptune will turn retrograde as the week of June 9th begins, and we may feel our creative and intuitive gifts have disappeared. There could be some deceit in the air, so don't believe all that you hear, and of course, addictive behaviors will be on the rise for the next few days.
Things should improve by Wednesday when the Moon enters optimistic Sagittarius. People could be very emotional, and some may feel overburdened as the week ends on Thursday, June 12 with the Full Moon approaching late Thursday night/early Friday morning.
We may really feel like making some changes as the weekend of June 13th begins, but restraint will be needed with Mars and Pluto fighting again. Vicious arguments and tragic accidents are possible on Friday and Saturday, June 13th and 14th, so use caution with all that you do.
We will be ready to try something different on Fathers' Day, Sunday, June 15th, and Dad may have some brilliant ideas of his own.
There will be many positive influences in the stars for the week of June 16th. We will be thinking "outside of the box" on Monday and Tuesday, and good friends and an overall feeling of joy will become important on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 17th and 18th.
Mercury, on his retrograde path, will align between the Sun and the Earth on Thursday, June 19th, giving us great ideas and the ability to see all the details of any project.
The Sun will be leaving Gemini and entering Cancer over the weekend of June 20th. Also, because Mercury has crossed the Sun and is on his way to becoming a morning star, we may find we are ready to make some changes in our lives. Don't do it! It's very important to wait until Mercury's retrograde is finished before starting anything new (including new relationships). Anything begun now could fizzle out or change entirely after Mercury turns direct.
Friday, June 20th, could be a rather emotional day with the Aries Moon dealing with conflicts, but Saturday, June 21st, the first day of Summer, should be a great day for making new plans. The Moon will be in cozy, secure Taurus on Sunday, June 22nd, and it will be an excellent day for shopping, nature walks, art galleries, concerts, and appreciating the beauty in our lives.
Some will be losing control over the week of June 23rd with Mars coming to a standoff with Uranus. Think twice before acting or speaking on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, June 23rd through June 25. Also, when Mars and Uranus conflict, accidents can become more prominent. Do not rush, and drive with caution.
The Moon will be in Taurus on Monday, June 23rd, so we may not want to do much anyhow, but when the Moon enters Gemini on June 24th, our thoughts and our energies could become very scattered through Thursday morning, June 26th. A "to do" list could help.
We will be under the Cancer New Moon on Friday, June 27th, and it will be a great time to update your "wish list" with a few items that will benefit your home and family.
Ramadan, one of the most important holy times in Islam, will begin Saturday evening, June 28th, with the Sun, Venus, and Neptune sending a salute.
People will be ready to let their inner light shine, and friendship and idealism will be on many peoples' minds as the weekend ends on Sunday, June 29th.
Expect delays, more misunderstandings, and communication problems in general as June ends on Monday, June 30th with Mercury slowing down to turn direct on July 1st. July should also signal a return to normalcy with Mercury and Saturn turning direct. Check back next month to find out more.
