Otherwise, you'll be bored, and if you're bored, you'll get into trouble. On the 20th, do your best at work, but understand that you may not get a raise right away. Fairness is your top concern on the 23rd. Just be sure you're being fair in your dealings, too. On the 28th, you're walking (or tap dancing) on air, again.
